In the 1988 plebiscite, SI (Pinochet stay) had 53% and NO (Pinochet leave) had 47%. The right lost there only in 1993, when Eduardo Frei won and the right was split between Alessandri and Piņera. In 2021 I was surprised about the not so big margin of Kast. He had "only" 61%.
