Oren Cass could potentially be treasury secretary and I think Haley would be Sec of State

I could see Joe Lombardo at Homeland Security if he beats Sisolak. Interior might be Cory Gardner. Mike Garcia at VA is also possible.

DeSantis has been very complimentary of Senator Marco Rubios Foreign Policy Knowledge so I think he gets Sec of State and Nikki gets her UN Gig back.

DeSantis is pretty popular in FL, hope to see some Joint Rallys between the two once the Primary is over.

Ted Cruz may fit the AG position, yet this will make that TX seat up in 2026 and may cause trouble.

Youngkin for the Secretary of Education is a waste. Should encourage him to run for the 2026 VA seat first.

Why do I feel like Cruz would more likely be Secretary of State… I feel like someone like William Pryor could be the attorney general

Except it wouldn’t be if Cruz did not seek a third term in 2024.

Also VA-SEN in 2026 is probably unwinnable for Republicans with DeSantis.

Why not? His chance of nomination is asymptotically zero.

Because if he runs for POTUS he may not have time to get back into the Senate race because of Texas’s very early primary.
