-International, to allow entry of Ecuador, Afghanistan and Egypt: Passed for Ecuador and Afghanistan, Defeated for Egypt.

-South African, to grant South West Africa to the former: Defeated, with a
Hungarian, Canadian, and Italian veto.

-Soviet, to condemn remilitarization of the Rhineland: Defeated, with a Bulgarian, Romanian and Hungarian veto.

-Japanese, to condemn death of Dollfuss and form committee to investigate: Defeated, with a Romanian veto.

-Japanese, to condemn death of Dollfuss and support Austrian investigation: Passed.

It is the position of the Irish Free State that the crisis in Serbia and Yugoslavia does not currently affect us.

However, civillian casualties are inappropriate in any war situation, and as such we will be voting AYE on this motion.

It is unfortunate that within the very nature of war, civilian deaths are not always avoidable.

Could this lead to nations using human shields to score victim points in the League of Nations? Surly this would mean that the nations using its population as human shields would need to be condemned.

While all points are morally correct, we are not sure about the workablity of the first point considering the nature of war contains lies, propaganda and various other deceptions for advantage.

As such the Kingdom of Rumania will Abstain.

Bulgaria strongly supports the sentiment of the Canadian motion. That said, considering the fact that Bulgaria is actively involved in a war, and that passage of the motion appears assured, we will ABSTAIN for now. We hope our actions in ensuring a safe evacuation channel for Bosnian refugees will live up to the spirit of this act, though.
