I see we're trying a new format for the draft?

I can't say I'm a fan.

Never intended to make that change. I switched it back to a snake draft.

Ok it looks like we have 10 teams on board with this season. We could have a couple more, but they would need to come in as a pair of two.

Also I did bump a couple of teams (who I haven't heard from this year) who seemed to have stopped participating part way through last season (one team was 0-14 and the other team appears to be no longer active on Atlas). If either of those teams want back in, like above, they would have to come back in with a second team so we stay at an even number.

I'll reach out if there is one more to commit or the one person who said he would join but hasn't joined the ESPN league yet falls through.

I'll say that this is last call for one more person to join our Fantasy Football league this year. We have one person on standby to join if we can get one more to make it an even 12. Otherwise, we will stand pat at 10 this year.

Draft is Thursday night (9/1) at 9:00 PM Eastern Time.

Reminder that the draft is tonight at 9 PM Eastern!

If you hoped for a spot I'm sorry we weren't able to find a 12th. Please consider reaching out to participate next year!

I missed it, but I was more focus on my IRL money league, looks like I drafted alright though. Thanks CPU. Here's my team for my friends league which is also the money ($10) league,

QB - Lamar Jackson
RB1 - Joe Mixon
RB2 - Saquan Barkley
WR1 - Jettas
WR2 - CeeDee Lamb
TE - TJ Hockenson
Flex - David Montgomery
D/ST - Chargers
K - Daniel Carlson

BN - Jerry Jeudy
BN - Rashod Bateman
BN - Devonta Smith
BN - Tony Pollard
BN - Aaron Rodgers
BN - Garrett Wilson
BN - Jake Butt (Gonna release him and pick up Rex Burkhead, it was more of a joke pick)

To switch things up I took this draft as an opportunity to zag where I usually zig, and I think I'm going to pay the price for it. Woof.

My friend has quit being a Redskins fan and has become a Ravens fan. The game against the Lions broke him.

Always forget to check this board for this, otherwise likely would have done it.  Draft time was around the same time as one I did at work, so that would have been interesting

Who kidnapped the Jets and replaced them with a decent team?

Drafting Sauce Gardner, Jermaine Johnson, Breece Hall, and Garrett Wilson does a lot for a team.

Jermaine Johnson has a higher PFF grade than Aidan Hutchinson and Travon Walker who were picked no. 1 and no. 2 and has been a good run-stopper off the edge. Sauce is the front-runner for Defensive Rookie of the Year, Breece Hall was very good until his injury, and Garrett Wilson was a lot of people's WR#1 coming into the draft this year.

Not to mention Zach Wilson was a top 5 pick last year but had like no weapons around him, similar to Trevor Lawrence.

Watching Brock Purdy absolutely annihilate Tom Brady is too sweet for words.

The championship is coming down to me and Illiniwek tonight.  He's up by about 49 points on me at the moment.  But, I have Josh Allen, Stefon Diggs, and Tee Higgins.  He only has Evan McPherson tonight.  ESPN's app gives me a 59% chance of winning.  It's going to be very tight, one way or the other.

It actually looked like I was going to win easily (I handily won week 1 of the two week final), but my team has not done well at all this week.
