Inspired by America Needs Jesus Christ's comments in the "least conservative Republican state" thread about Georgia being one of the most conservative feeling states even though it is actually a purple state. Here is my guess, even though I haven't been to most of these states. My rankings are mostly based on culture, not economics, since culture is the main factor determining feel.
