Trump defeats Biden in 2024. The Supreme court rules Trump can run for VP in 2028, so DeSantis picks him. Meanwhile, Former VP Harris picks Klobuchar, who was the primary runner up for VP.

Also, the economy isn't strong, but is in better condition than 2024.
