Why weren't there any Asians in the Capitol on January 6?

I just noticed that and realized I've never heard of any Asian being arrested for it. Seems strange...like I've even heard of a few black people arrested for their role in that, and Asians are certainly more likely to be Trump supporters than black people.

What an idiotic statement. I doubt even the ultra woke unironically think this. ALL the J6 attackers are criminals, white, black, Asian, or of any other race. The black attackers, the white attackers, the Asian attackers, and all other attackers are equally massive HPs. That is not racism - in fact, saying otherwise literally is (unless you think none of the J6ers, regardless of their race, were criminals, which is also an extremely idiotic take).

Keep in mind usually when people mean Asian they mean East Asian/Pacific Islander not South Asian even though demographically we are counted as the same group .

Probably because the insurrection was mostly a White supremacist attack. Even when you look at the crazy person's rallies you see very few Asians or people of color at them. Sure he received votes from them, but he likely has fewer truly rabid supporters among minorities (the kind that would resort to violence that is).

I also think it could be in part because and African American would be more likely to stick out of a mostly white crowd than an Asian American, especially if the Asian American is wearing a mags hat or smtg.
