Alaska and Texas are the obvious answers (North Carolina and Florida are both obviously purple) and Kansas could happen long term. I think it’s too early to tell if swings in Utah were a Trump exclusive phenomenon, and a random collapse of the Republican vote in a place like Ogden seems very unlikely, so by the time that Utah may be “there” based on demographics, the Republican coalition could change in a way that would keep it from flipping.
