Treaty of Varna (1935)

The Kingdom of Romania and the Tsardom of Bulgaria hereby agree to the following:

1. The Kingdom of Romania and the Tsardom of Bulgaria declare their mutual intent to adopt policies of non-aggression towards each other. Neither party to this treaty will initiate war against the other for the next 10 years.

2. The Kingdom of Romania and the Tsardom of Bulgaria recognize their current shared border as legitimate, and renounce all territorial claims that conflict with this border. In addition, the parties to this treaty agree to recognize the right of the other to maintain a full standing army.

3. The Kingdom of Romania and the Tsardom of Bulgaria agree to forgo tariff increases on domestic goods produced and exported by the other. Furthermore, the parties to this treaty agree in principle to negotiate tariff reductions and further trade deals following the conclusion of the current conflict in the Balkans.

Treaty of Warsaw

The Kingdom of Romania and the Republic of Poland hereby agree to the following:

1. The Kingdom of Romania and the Republic of Poland agree to sharply reduce tariffs on trade between our two nations in order to fight against inflation and to promote growth to both of our nations.

Treaty of Paris

I. The belligerent states of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, Kingdom of Romania, Czechoslovak Republic, and the Kingdom of Hungary agree to an immediate cessation of hostilities and the terms below.
II. The belligerent states of the Republic of Slovenia, the Republic of Croatia and the Kingdom of Yugoslavia agree to an immediate cessation of hostilities and the terms below.
III. All belligerent nations, as well as the French Republic and the Kingdom of Italy recognize the independence of the Republics of Slovenia and Croatia.
IV. All belligerent nations, as well as the French Republic and the Kingdom of Italy recognize the following as the new borders of the region:

III . The Kingdom of Hungary agrees to demilitarize the region within 50km of its border.
VI. The Kingdom of Hungary agrees to relinquish any and all claims on Transylvania.
VII. The Kingdom of Hungary agrees to pay reparations to the Czechoslovak Republic.

His Majesty on behalf of the all people of Rumania, sends his most heartfelt condolences to friends and family of President Engelbert Dollfuß, and to the people of Austria. This is assassination is a heinous crime, loss of a sovereign represents a devastating loss for the people of that nation. His Majesty hopes that righteous judgement comes to those responsible for this most egregious crime against christian civilization. Eurasian Alliance Treaty

Be it resolved:

1. This treaty is conducted between the following founding member states: the Republic of Turkey, the Imperial State of Iran, the Kingdom of Iraq, and the Kingdom of Afghanistan. The entity that shall be created as a result of this treaty is henceforth referred to as the Eurasian Alliance.

2. The Eurasian Alliance is a binding organization with the objective of instituting peaceful relations and economic prosperity among nations spanning Europe and Asia.

3. Upon membership to the Alliance, signatories agree that access to trade channels shall undergo liberalization. Tariff rates for nonessential commodities shall have a cap of fifteen percent; for items considered essential or pertaining to national security, tariffs shall be no more than twenty-five percent.

4. Member states agree that an additional three percent of their budgets over the next ten fiscal years upon ratification shall be devoted to transportation for interorganizational commerce. These funds will be allocated to the development, expansion, and maintenance of infrastructure including but not limited to roads, highways, railroads, airport terminals, railways, pipelines, and maritime systems. Following ten years, members agree for a permanent one percent increase in transportation budgets going forward. This continual project shall be known as the New Silk Road.

5. This treaty forms a mutual defense pact between all signatories wherein they agree to provide military assistance to one another in any instance where a member state is severely threatened, attacked, or in imminent range of being attacked by another nation. States under the Alliance will devote an additional one percent annually to their defense budgets for bearing increased responsibilities.

6. Militaries of each member state shall undergo greater integration to aim for close cooperation during times of war or strenuous geopolitical events. This shall be achieved through the formation of the Eurasian Affairs Council, comprising of defense ministers, leading generals, or other specially appointed representatives from each member state. The Council shall establish permanent residence in Ankara and possesses authority in military and intelligence affairs during times when the Eurasian Alliance's full capabilities are deemed necessary. Council members from each nation are of equal representation and approve decisions by majority vote. Heads of state possess veto power for decisions made by the Council that pertain to their nation's territory or nearby vicinity.

7. Under direction of the Eurasian Affairs Council, the armed forces for each member state shall receive specialized cross-training with forces from other countries to both enhance cultural understanding and better work in conjunction during operations.

8. Subsequent nations which ratify this treaty and join the Eurasian Alliance are subject to the same terms outlined earlier. Members possess veto power for future applicants that are deemed undesirable or otherwise unqualified for membership.

We are pleased to announce an agreement has been reached with the Republic of Turkey and the tsardom of Bulgaria:

The Republic of Turkey, the republic of Poland and the Tsardom of Bulgaria agree on the followings:

1) A full custom union on industrial goods between our respective nations.
2) Cooperation to build, to improve railways or other infrastructures to connect Warsaw, Bucarest, Sofia and Istanbul. Each national industry will be tasked to build the railways on their territory regarding this international infrastructure project.
3) A full review of the impact on the economy of all participants will be held every two years. The goal is to help each participant to grow its industry and the treaty can be renegotiated with that goal in mind.
4) The Kingdom of Romania can join this treaty by just signing it

Public announcement from his majesty King Carol II of Rumania

 

People of Rumania, this war is one of defence of both eastern Christendom and of European civilization, a war we did not seek. A war that is entirely of the creation of the anti-human communist ideology. The brain child of its champion, a rat, by the name of Mikhail Tukhachevsky. His unprovoked attack on our honuorable, and sovereign nation. Is a crime against logic, reason, common decency, international fellowship, and sanity. You brave men and women of Rumania, along side the international volunteers of many nations, as well as the Forces of our solid friends and allies of the Eurasian Alliance, the Greeks, the Poles, and even most recently that of some of our former foes of the great war. You all have held back the Soviet war machine against all odds and for that you have not only my thanks, but that of many world leaders, peoples and the all mighty.

I further wish to thank all of you who continue striving to keep Rumania free from Soviet domination. The Soviets will not stop with the destruction of Rumania, they seek to dominate all of Europe. It is due to this very real threat, a threat greater than those posed in the great war. Our newest friends in Berlin, whom we thank for their decisive action in purging tens of thousands of the Soviet hordes from the precious soil of Rumania. This war has bought not only many of our former foes to be dear friends. But also many who would have considered each other to be foes to now be united in this fight. It is plainly clear to all who value truth, love, and civilization that a soviet victory would be a disaster not only for Rumania but to the whole of European civilization. I say this as someone who has held and prayed with our sick, wounded and dying and sons and daughters. This conflict and the loss of life in thus brought about, lays solely on the hands of the Red Rat Napoleon of Moscow, Mikhail Tukhachevsky. For this war would never have been without his ego and ideology.

The Treaty of Paris

1) Germany and the United Kingdom shall withdraw all forces from France.

2) The Saarland and The Sudetenland shall be recognized henceforth be a part of the German Reich. France will have no official position on Bohemia, and Moravia. France shall also recognize Slovakia’s independence and the legitimacy of its current government.

3) France shall provide full legal protections and equal rights for ethnic Germans living in Alsace-Lorraine.

4) France shall fully normalize trade and economic relations with Germany. Furthermore, France shall cease all participation in and cooperation with the existing British embargo and naval blockade of Germany.

5) Togo and Cameroon shall be returned to Germany.  The colonies of the French Congo, Gabon, the Ivory Coast, Madagascar, and Tunisia shall also become a part of Germany.

6) A non-profit equal Franch-German board membership commission shall be established to research cures for chemical weapon induced health problems and raise money to help pay for the medical care of soldiers on both sides harmed by the use of chemical weapons in this century’s conflicts.  Furthermore, the signatories agree not to engage in aerial Chemical Warfare or terror bombing against each other should a future conflict break out between France and Germany.

7) The signatories recognize the borders described in this treaty as the final European French-German border.

8 ) France shall henceforth take a position of complete neutrality in any and all conflicts between Belgium and Germany.

9) The signatories agree to allow each other’s armed forces to withdraw to the new borders unmolested and to the release of any and all POWs, once arms forces have withdrawn. Basic rations will be supplied to aid the returning POWs.

10) Neither France nor Germany shall seek an acknowledgement of fault for the war or any reparations for causing the war.
