Reaffirmation of the Little Entente and the Declaration of the Pact of Organization
Source: Wikimedia Commons
Quote
Czechoslovakia, Romania and Yugoslavia, with the support of their fraternal partner the French Republic, today reaffirm their commitment to, and membership in, the “Little Entente.” The members reaffirm their adherence to the tripartite treaty of alliance signed at Strbske Pleso in 1930 and the French Republic reaffirms its treaties of alliance and friendship signed with all three members.

Recognizing the benefit of mutual cooperation, formal instruments of collaboration shall be formed in the coming year, including:

-The Permanent Council, to consist of the ministers of foreign affairs of the three respective countries or of the special delegates appointed for that purpose. Decisions of the council are to be brought unanimously. The council is designed to meet at least three times per year. The meetings are to be held in each of the member states and in Geneva during the session of the League of Nations.

-The Secretariat of the Permanent Council, to perform the day-to-day routine operations of the Little Entente. In addition, a certain section of the secretariat to function permanently in the seat of the League of Nations.

-The Economic Council, by which the member states declared their will to co-ordinate its economic interests as well.

In addition, recognizing the importance of peace and security in Southern Europe, an invitation to the Little Entente shall be formally extended to the Kingdom of Greece.

Balkan Mutual Defense Treaty

Be it resolved,

1. The Republic of Turkey condemns recent aggression by the Kingdom of Hungary against its neighboring states, destabilizing peace in Europe and potentially abroad.

2. To ensure that the ongoing conflict in the Balkans can be swiftly resolved, the Republic of Turkey is distributing a targeted financial and military aid package to the Kingdom of Yugoslavia and the Czechoslovak Republic.

3. Yugoslavia shall be the beneficiary of firearms, artillery, ammunition, missiles, protective gear, and other items which are regarded as necessary in the battlefield. Aid shall be issued in monthly increments over the next year following ratification of this treaty, or until the conflict is formally deemed as resolved should this occur prior to all aid being distributed.

4. Czechoslovakia shall receive a lump sum of $25 million in the form of a non-interest-payable loan. These aid funds are issued with the purpose of providing immediate liquidity for the Czechoslovakian government to finance military operations in conjunction with regular duties of the state. Payment terms are delayed until following the resolution of the Hungarian conflict.

5. The signatories acknowledge the sensitive geopolitical climate which Europe is currently under. To provide ample security for the respective nations’ people, Turkey, Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia, and Romania agree to form a mutual defense pact. This pact stipulates that all aforementioned nations shall provide military assistance to each other in the event of an outside nation-state posing acts of aggression or otherwise requiring imminent self-defense measures to be implemented by armed forces.

6. The mutual defense pact is effective indefinitely until all signatories jointly authorize new terms and conditions. Aid measures presented in this treaty are subject to possible renewal and/or review as warranted.

Pamphlets of this speech are to be distributed all across German

The Road to Victory

"My friends, the Reich finds herself traveling down the road to her finest hour, indeed the road to her very destiny itself!  So long as we have the courage to stay the course and keep traveling the road to victory - even when that road's twists and turns may for a brief time force us to take one step back that we may soon march two steps forward - I pledge to you that every man fortunate enough to count himself a citizen of the Reich shall look back on this time during his twilight years and speak with pride to his grandchildren of what he did to help build an Eternal Reich.

I am not a heartless man nor blind to the sacrifices our proud people have already made in defense of our nation's honor.  My heart breaks anew whenever one of our nation's finest falls on the battlefield.  And yet I envy our nation's youth for they have the privilege of not only crowning themselves with glory on the battlefield, but also something far greater.  It is the youth of the Reich more than any other generation who shall be able to look back upon this day and say to their children that it was their courage, their valor, their fearlessness in the face of death itself that allowed Germany to avenge the most vile and grievous of insults inflicted upon her by the likes of France and England.  Yes, my friends, it is the youth who shall pull the knife out of Germany's back and drive it through the hearts of those fanatical foreign foes who wronged her.  We must never forget the debt we owe to those who risk their lives every day to restore the national honor.

But there are bumps in every road, perhaps none moreso than the road to victory, for nothing worth fighting for comes without struggle and sacrifice.  Show me a man who says that our ReichsKampf will be won without sacrifice and I will show you a liar.  And yet we shall endure!  We shall triumph!  We shall purchase the Eternal Reich with wages paid in blood, sweat, and tears and then the histories of the world - when they are written by friend and foe alike - shall look back on this day and proclaim that this was Germany's finest hour.  She fought harder and risked more than anyone else dared and her victory was greater than anyone ever imagined possible.  This is the destiny that awaits us so long as we have the strength of will to do all that is necessary.

Already, our toils have borne great fruit.  The Anschluss was not a German victory over Austria.  Instead, it was a victory over those Villains of Versailles who would divide Germanic peoples against themselves.  Indeed, Austria recognized this and took its rightful seat of honor within the Eternal Reich entirely of her own accord.  When our brothers in the Sudetenland suffered under yolk of brutal persecution, we followed the road to victory farther still and not only liberated Germans within the Sudetenland, but have reclaimed Bohemia and Moravia.  With their annexation back into the Reich, one of the most grievous of insults to our national honor has been avenged.  Moreover, the new nation of Slovakia now celebrates its independence and should, along with the proud nation of Hungary, serve as a model to the rest of the world with respect to the rewards that come with lending support to our noble ReichsKampf.

The Villains of Versailles would not stand for this as that vile document was written to ensure that Germany remained a weak and sickly prisoner with a French boot upon her neck for the rest of time.  Already, the ReichsKampf has seen us break free from the chains of Versailles and strike yet another blow for Germany's national honor by sending the frogs of France leaping back into that vilest of swamps from whence they came.  Indeed, the German flag now flies proudly over the city of Paris.  And yet we are not our enemies.  I can now tell you that France was twice offered an honorable peace with terms that would have restored the honor of the Reich while still affording France the opportunity to accept a gentleman's defeat that would not have inflicted upon her people the heinous humiliations inflicted upon Germany.  Is it any wonder that such was rejected?  After all, it is known that the present leadership of France thinks as little of sacrificing its own people as you or I would of swatting a fly.  Our liberation of so-called Czechoslovakia was plainly little more than a pretext for France's leadership to wage an illegal and unprovoked war of aggression upon Germany.

One can hope that cooler heads prevail and France elects leaders willing to accept that Germany shall no longer suffer the humiliations that have been inflicted upon her for so many years.  In the end, it matters not at all.  In either case, we shall continue marching down the road to victory and we shall prevail!  The sacrifices we make today shall be the foundation of the Eternal Reich of tomorrow!

And yet, there are others we must contend with...subversive enemies at home even more sinister than even those abroad.  Indeed, these most unsavory characters of only the lowest breeding have already stabbed the German people in the back once and now look to do so again from shadows like the craven cowards they are.  There are the trade unionists on strike, socialist academics, and communist criminals who even now seek to sabotage and undermine German industry and with it the war effort itself.  They know our soldiers are of only the finest caliber of men and since they cannot hope to prevail on the battlefield, they instead seek to take the coward's path of attacking those great titans of industry whom our nation proudly counts among its model citizens.

It is for this reason that I am pleased to announce the establishment of the Ministry of Culture, Press, and Academic Affairs.  It shall have a broad mandate to purge German academia, bureaucracy, press, civic organizations, and the arts of subversive elements before they have a chance to stab our nation in the back a second time.  Bringing the rogue trade unionists to heel shall fall under the broadened prevue of the Ministry of Labor, Munitions, and Industrialization.  And what of the cowardly communist street thugs who would paint our streets with blood if given half a chance?  I have every confidence that with the right men at the helm, the German police shall rid our proud nation of the communist menace once and for all!

Then of course, there are those even more sinister foes who seek to poison the very moral character of the German people.  Indeed, these purveyors of pornography, prostitution, and perversion would see our children corrupted, our people faithless, and our nation reduced to a sodom of sexual impropriety.  Yet government alone cannot conquer the scourge of moral corruption and sexual deviance.  And so, I offer my hand in friendship to Christian churches throughout the Reich and implore them to join our Kultur Kampf to exterminate the deplorably depraved degenerate deviants waging war upon the proud moral character of the German people.  To combat this most vile and depraved of enemies, I have established the Ministry of Moral Decency and it shall have a broad mandate to - working closely with the clergy across the Reich - root out moral corruption before it has a chance to fester.

And yet the danger remains great for we are still traveling along the road to victory and it can be a treacherous road in the dark of the night.  It takes the steady hand of men with an iron will to navigate such a road.  As such, after consultation with Germany's greatest military minds, our captains of industry, the brightest lights in the public square, and even the Kaiser himself, it is with a heavy heart that I announce the indefinite suspension of elections and term limits until the conclusion of all military operations.  I do not accept this burden lightly and none know better than I how heavy the crown truly lies upon a man's head when the survival of his nation hangs in the balance.  And yet, that is why I must accept this duty for as long as it takes to see our ReichsKampf through from beginning to end until Germany has fully realized her destiny.

And that is how we walk the road to victory: By every one of us, great and small, doing his duty in service of his nation.  Together we shall build a Reich that will last for the rest of time and avenge the national honor that was stolen when the German people were stabbed in the back by domestic subversives who sold her out to her enemies abroad.  Indeed, the Eternal Reich shall be our legacy to both our children and the generations still to come."
- Chancellor Alfred Hugenberg

Reichskonkordat

With the power vested in our duly appointed representatives, the Holy See and the German Reich agree to the following:

1. The German Reich guarantees freedom of profession and public practice of the Catholic religion. It recognizes the right of the Catholic Church to regulate and manage her own affairs independently within the limits of the law applicable to all and to issue – within the framework of her own competence – laws and ordinances binding on her members.

2. The German Reich shall provide funding to support religious schools and hospitals.

3. The German Reich shall commit to the defense of Poland, Hungary, and the rest of the nations menaced by the Red Army.

4. Catholic organizations and associations whose activity is devoted exclusively to religious, purely cultural and charitable purposes and which are, as such, subordinated to Church authorities, are protected as to their institution and activities. Catholic organizations which, apart from religious cultural or charitable purposes, have other tasks such as social or professional aims, shall also enjoy the protection of this article, provided they guarantee to develop their activities outside political parties.

5. The German Reich and The Holy See shall stand united and in full cooperation in combating the Axis of Evil formed by Communism, atheism, and sexual deviancy.

6. The Holy See, recognizing the German Reich as the preeminent leader in the global struggle against Communism and as the sole great power that has thus far shown a willingness to dedicate more than empty words to that struggle, calls upon Catholics in all nations to form volunteer divisions under German or Polish command so that they may join the fight to save Eastern Europe from Communist aggression.

7. This agreement shall go into effect on June 1st, 1939.

This peace is a sham signed by a collaborator and traitor to the French people who stabbed his allies in the back.

We French do not want to relive the horrors of the Great War and lose yet another generation of young men. Australians are well familiar with the horrors of Passchendaele. There is likely a greater threat brewing closer to home for you, Mon ami.

At least we are not collaborators and traitors to our nation who kowtow before a foreign leader.
