So I’ve noticed a rash of conservative trolls posting obviously out of context banal statements by Democrats lately.
Like they’ve always done it, but really feels to have come back in vogue on this forum in the last week or so.

Is something going on on the rightwing interwebs that put them all back in this mode?

World Order is the term to describe the accepted system of diplomacy. The Liberal World Order being the prevailing international consensus  post-Soviet era that legitimate regimes derive their power from the consent of the governed (hence why even autocracies kayfabe elections) and that territorial conquest by force is not accepted.
