Chalice statement on the passage of LGC 12.6:

This legislation establishes a climate of intimidation and suppresses free speech. Entirely unwarranted punishments have been introduced for non-existent offenses. I am committed to repealing this dangerously misguided legislation and will introduce a bill to that end once there is a majority on the General Court to achieve this.
