I'm assuming the U.S will be open at the conclusion of this turn. That said, while I don't speak for Lumine, I'm very hesitant about letting a poster join a game before they establish a posting record. Not being able to provide activity is one issue, or possibly being outed as a sock is another issue.
Has that been a problem before? If need be, I can join as a tier 3 or 2 nation and work my way up.
