Yup, the Dem primary is pretty much over.

More interesting that polls find so different levels of support for Giuliani, and Williams on the Dem side to a degree. I still think Zeldin is going to win the GOP nomination comfortably. Giulani would definitely perform the worst in a GE. But even Zeldin kind of makes the impression that he runs in a state like IN or SC, not NY.

Weird to think that not that long ago, Rudy was at worst a tossup to win a Senate race here. Look how far the Giuliani name has fallen (and deservedly so).

Giuliani's numbers here seem high, don't they? or at least a lot closer to being ahead than I'd assume

Do you think Archila has a shot at winning this?

Would be the first all women ticket in New York. I wonder whether she could get an agreement with Hochul about her duties. It's a powerless position unless the governor assigns you with something serious.

I think Archila's a very narrow favorite. Delagdo parachuting into the race definitely turns off progressives who might have been inclined to vote for Hochul for Governor over Williams (in hindsight, Hochul should have chosen someone who explicitly would not seek the Lieutenant Governorship in their own right to replace Benjamin), and Reyna will likely drain votes away from Delgado anyways, while Archila has her own base and is running a campaign that is clearly independent of Williams.
