We already know it's Jordan, Pippen, Magic, Shaq, LeBron, Curry, Duncan and Bird and Chamberlain

Honorable mentions are Barkley, James Worthy, Ginnoboli and Hakeem Olajawan and Steve Nash and Dirk Nowinski and Patrick Ewing and Dwayne Wade and Alonzo Mourning

The NBA is gonna be DEAD once Curry and Lebron retire just like Brady, Rodgers and Stafford are holding up NFL

College sports sux look at Jayson Tatum and Lonzo Ball, Tatum fell off in the Finals and he is getting all that money

1.  Michael Jordan
2.  Kareem Abdul-Jabbar
3.  Magic Johnson
4.  Lebron James
5.  Shaquille O'Neal
6.  Hakeem Olajuwon
7.  Tim Duncan
8.  Kobe Bryant
9.  Larry Bird
10.Oscar Robertson/Jerry West (tie)

I'm not sure where to rank current greats such as Steph Curry, as I don't think he'd be the impact player in the 1970s that he is now.  The game has changed.  On the other hand, I've knocked down some of the older greats (Russell, Chamberlain, most of the Bill Russell Celtic stars) because the league was not as competitive then as now.  While there were fewer teams, the game wasn't played "above the rim" as it is now.  One exception might be Bob Cousy, who's style of play would be well-suited for today's game.  None of those guys on the Celtics were DOMINANT players like the guys listed, even Russell, who would not have been on the championship team 11 of 13 times today on a more competitive league.  I've also downgraded Wilt Chamberlain, although I do think he's the 3rd or 4th best center in NBA history, but I don't think he'd be the force in today's game that Hakeem Olajuwon would be.

It should be noted Jordan gambled in sports and after Jordan retired Hue Holland became a controversial Ref known for calling a foul on Pipoen when Bulls were about to go up 3/2on Knicks and Knicks beat the Bulls in 7 and lost to Rockers in 1994, while Jordan, Kobe, LeBron, Curry get more free throws than anyone, and Tom Brady inflate gate no question there is cheating in sports and Kobe cheated on his wife, that's why Vanessa refuses to go on the View because of Whoopi Goldberg and Ana Navarro will ask her Questions on cheating

Ayesha Curry does not go on the View either because she doesn't do enough for the Blk community but Curry is friends with Obama

Of course we had the Roid era, Sosa, Clemens and Bonds and McGuire and ARod took roids

I would go….

1. Michael Jordan
2. Lebron James
3. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar
4. Magic Johnson
5. Bill Russell
6. Kobe Bryant
7. Tim Duncan
8. Shaquille O’Neal
9. Larry Bird
10. Steph Curry

11. Wilt Chamberlain
12. Hakeem Olajuwon
13. Jerry West
14. Oscar Robertson
15. Kevin Durant

I’d probably my round out the top 20 with Moses Malone, Dirk Nowitzki, Chris Paul, Karl Malone, and provisionally Giannis.

Kobe is obviously more popular but that does not make him greater.

I think Wembanyama could be the new Big Fundamental and replace Tim Duncan on this list if he stays healthy
