The two people who I think were the strongest from each field in 2016, how would an election between the two play out? I think something like this:


Senator Bernie Sanders (D-VT) / Congresswoman Barbara Lee (D-CA) ✓
Governor John Kasich (R-OH) / Governor Nikki Haley (R-SC) ✓


An electoral tie, with a Republican House voting for Kasich.

Kasich would have won a comfortable victory.
