Ideally Dobbs but more likely Adams, Imperato, or Koch. I'd also like to see Russo get the nomination.

The Reform party started out as a party made by Ross Perot so he could be on the ballot in 1996. In 2000, Reformists refused to once again nominate Ross Perot. Pat Buchanan has lost the nomination of the Constitution Party, so he decided to run on the Reform ticket. in 2004, they had no official nominee, but independent candidate Ralph Nader was listed as a reform candidate in many states. The Reform Party is dying without its founder Ross Perot. Now it a party without any clear platfom, just backing third-party candidates regardless of philosophy. They will probably either back the CP or LP candidate or back Jesse Ventura

In 2000, Buchanan lost the nomination for the Republican Party, so he went to the Reform Party. The Constitution Party would have given him their nomination, but Buchanan went with the Reform Party because it qualified for Federal Funding based off of Perot's 1996 performance.

Are either former Governors Lamm or Ventura trying his hand at the Reform Party game again? What about former National Chair Ted Weil or 9/11 Conspiracy theorist John Buchanan?

I must say that the Reform Party is one of the most colorful third parties in the country of ours. Smiley

No one. The Reform Party won't even get its act together enough to nominate someone this time. They'll just endorse some other minor party's candidate.

Cheesy

Seriously Robert, need we live in delusion? I used to like the idea of the Reform Party too, but it's gone. I mean, for Christ's sake, who endorses Ralph Nader...the election after running Pat Buchanun? At one point, the party had 12$ left in it's bank account. To make matters worse, there are now TWO reform parties...both struggling for the right to a name that is damned to political irrelevancy.

The Reform Party of today is nothing more than what the American Independent Party was after George Wallace. A political tool to be drained of its recources and to be taken advantage of for its ballot placement in a select few states. Give it up man...the dream (or nightmare depending on your view) is over.

Who really cares? It's not like I'll vote for them/they have good candidates/they stand a chance in hell of winning.
