1. All officers and employees of the Southern Regional government or any State or locality therein who receive more than $5.00 in cash or valuable consideration from the illuminati, Bilderberg Group, Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission, Skull and Bones Society, Davos Group, World Economic Forum, United Nations, or any foreign government shall be required to annually disclose such payment.

2. Failure to report any such payment shall be a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for up to one (1) year and a fine of $10,000.00.

3. This act shall take effect January 1, 2023.

Financial disclosures for government employees are common in government. I have to report mine annually including any speaking fees. This extends financial disclosures to include money from foreign powers and organizations.
