Just want to say that Proportionality is the best metric available to ensure votes get translated into seats, which is a fundamental part of a functional democracy.

The trouble is that with a census happening once every 10 years, proportionality today might be disproportionate tomorrow, and maybe even in a more disproportionate way than things would have turned out with a neutral, metrics-based map.
