Overall who won this redistricting cycle?

In a perfect world the median seat would be something close Biden+4.5, instead it's around Biden+2, so in absolute terms the Republicans clearly got better maps overall.

The Democrats improved their position compared to the maps they had to deal with for the past 10 years though.

Just want to say that Proportionality is the best metric available to ensure votes get translated into seats, which is a fundamental part of a functional democracy.
