Is what she's saying so wrong though? She said how GA is nearly last in every metric, and the point she's making is clear. Anyone who was possibly open to voting for her likely at least somewhat agrees with that if they're not a Kemp fan and what he's doing to the state..
Georgia isn't even close to the worst state to live in among its own neighbors.
Putting aside how absurd that makes her look, it indicates that Georgia is winning an uphill battle against entrenched geographic factors—which is a credit to its government and leading citizens.
edit: I don't actually think Abrams's comments are so crazy that it's worth commenting on, but it's clearly wrong. I guess we need something to talk about in what's going to be a boring Kemp win.
