A very t breed of Republican. An extremely large majority of MTG voters voted for Jody Hice.

In theory, if you assume that everybody who voted against MTG in the primary voted for Raffensperger, you can say that only 15%/70% = 20% of MTG's voters voted for Raffensperger, but some of her challengers were from-the-right and things really never work out quite so simply. Something like 30-35% doing so is probably likelier.

Put another way: if all Raffensperger voters had voted against MTG, it would've been jump ball regarding her being held to a runoff or not. Instead, she hit 69.5%.

A pretty common breed of Republican on the whole. Moreover, one with disproportionate power because they're roughly in the middle of the party and get to pick its nominees.

Generic R who knows enough to have name ID of representatives but not enough to follow anything else political. I’m guessing these were many of the same people that gave incumbent Kemp a higher percentage than Walker

Pretty clearly true across the northern two-thirds of the seat that Raffensperger is stronger where MTG is weaker, and vice versa, but this relationship breaks down in the southern third of the seat. There really do exist precincts -- most of Polk County, southeastern Chattooga County, western Paulding -- where both MTG and Raffensperger ran way ahead of their district-level baselines.

More fun than "who are the MTG/Raffensperger voters" is the following question, though: a single precinct in Dade County apparently voted Perdue/Raffensperger. Assuming this isn't an error on the map, who are the Perdue/Raffensperger voters?

Likely people who had some sort of grudge against Kemp that had nothing to do with the 2020 election.
