The whole concept of fetal personhood is something I will never understand.

Philosophically I think it's pretty straightforward (MRDA, of course). Legally there are a lot of ways in which it's almost completely incoherent, though, like for anything involving compiling official statistics.

They're both votes for it. Barrett is too. Kavanaugh probably isn't a vote for it.
