If Marx won the German Presidency in 1925, how would it have affected the Weimar Republic? And how would he have done against Hitler in 1932?

In the long run you'd probably see the Weimar Coalition holding stronger. Nazis and the Right in general would have a broadly more hostile stance towards state institutions.
