PRE-RACE WEEK (MAY 1 - MAY 5)

Welcome to SAIL GP'S Season 3 Grand Final Week! This weekend the Season 3 Championship will be decided. The AUSTRALIA SAIL GP TEAM has already qualified for the WINNER-TAKES-ALL 1M$ Race on Sunday and the Question remains who will join them. 3 Teams are vying for the other 2 Slots in the Grand Final, the NEW ZEALAND SAIL GP TEAM, the FRANCE SAIL GP TEAM and the EMIRATES GREAT BRITAIN SAIL GP TEAM. Those Slots will be decided over 5 Fleet Races on Saturday & Sundday before the Grand Final. In this Post I'll provide all the Pre-Race Chatter again.

The Mubadala United States Sail Grand Prix Season 3 Grand Final concludes Sail GP's Season 3 (2022/2023). Season 4 will start on June 16/17 in Chicago, Illinois (United States of America) with the ROLEX UNITED STATES SAIL GRAND PRIX Chicago at Navy Pier. The Intro Post of this Thread will undergo a Major Revamp to reflect the Season 4 Calendar and Venues.

The big Disappointment in their Home Country was once again the UNITED STATES SAIL GP TEAM. Having watched SailGP for the last 3 Seasons something just doesn't seem quite right for the US Team after they finished 3rd in Season 2. They struggled throughout Season 3 and now this again.
