If WWII was only Hitler vs Stalin, no Allies, who wins?

They both take over Poland still, but the Allies don’t (at least immediately) declare war on Germany, and Hitler then immediately bombs and blitzkriegs the Soviet forces that advanced into Poland, and begins to roll into Russia.

What is the outcome?

Stalin was bigger than Hitler, I bet he would win.

But Hitler wouldn't have his attention divided, and be able to go all-in to the Soviet Union, unlike the real timeline. Before winter, too.

Perhaps the US and UK would even give some discreet support to Hitler in this scenario.

Actually, Hitler was several inches taller.

Nazi Germany stomps USSR in Barbarossa assuming no lend-lease. Assuming Lend-Lease, USSR holds on longer and Barbarossa fails as in our timeline, but Nazi Germany still manages to win a multi-year conflict by securing the AA line.

If lend lease if still a thing and the US and UK are financially keeping the Soviets afloat, the Soviets but it would take longer and be far more bloody.

If no lend lease…neither. The Soviets collapse without any financial or equipment support and the Nazis “win” in that Moscow surrenders/falls apart completely but very quickly their sugar high economy will also fail and they will collapse as quickly as they invaded.

Trying to conquer the USSR in a war of extermination was virtually impossible. Despite coming close to taking certain major cities, Nazi Germany was never that close to winning the war. They set a crazily ambitious goal and then failed to get the error-free campaign they would need to have a possibility of victory. Whether the war could have ended in a stalemate, potentially with territorial gains for Nazi Germany, is hard to tell.

As a side note, the German military was likely stronger and more prepared for Barbarossa in 1941 than in 1939, assuming that it somehow happens then. Britain and France also would not have wanted Hitler to conquer Eastern Europe, before an inevitable conflict with them.

Hard to see the West not intervening on one side or another, but it's probably just a more arduous Soviet victory if Hitler is still pursuing his chimerical war aims, in which case the Western powers jump in at the very end to secure some of Germany.

Such a conflict is not "World War Two" but I digress. By some impossible and fictitious series of events, Germany alone fights the USSR alone. The USSR probably wins eventually.

Nazi Germany proclaims victory after taking Moscow and killing Stalin, but the aftermath makes it a disaster for them. Endless guerilla war, eventual German economic collapse, rump USSR/Russia in the East that doesn't have to worry about Japan because the full might of the United States and Allies has brought a swifter end to the Pacific War.
