It’s not like we didn’t say this would happen. So begins the era of culture wars 2.0 and I’m betting it’s going to be even nastier than the last one.

We are increasingly living under a right-wing judicial dictatorship, and we need to treat that as the crisis that it is.

What the hell are we supposed to do?

Honestly, if they try anything else openly partisan, then I would go full Andrew Jackson.

This Supreme Court has lost any ounce of legitimacy it had; a slow decline that started with the Garland fiasco, and any future Democratic Presidents need to openly tow that line.

It's time for Democrats to play hardball; we can't keep being the nice guys while the GOP goes full Gilead.

We need to start funding programs to mail any woman who needs it contraceptive pills in red and blue states, free of charge.

Blue states need to pass amnesty laws that any woman who is prosecuted for exercising her reproductive rights will be protected in blue states.

Democratic Presidents must forthrightly lay out the case to the American people for the deterioration of the judicial branch since the Garland fiasco and go full Jackson. Weekly addresses if necessary.

We are seeing every day just how much of the right is centered around resentment, identity politics and owning the libs who challenge that.

If you're a conservative under 40, the main reason you want the death penalty for abortion is because it will make the libs cry harder.

Thing is, you aren't even joking, and it's this brutalization and radicalization of the right that worries me the most.

My Aunt was telling me today about a local Pregnant woman whose been driving in the HOV lane on US-75 since Roe was overturned and was given a ticket for doing so. She's been pulled over more than once since then apparently and is going to court to contest it since her fetus is now a second passenger according to the state of Texas.

Pretty damn based if you ask me.
