In 2016, John McCain could've lost his seat to Ann Kirkpatrick if the Green Party candidate didn't run and Kirkpatrick did a few points better. Let's say she won while the rest of 2016 is uneffected. From 2017-2023, she's an average Democrat liberal and in 2022, she faces Congressman Andy Biggs. Who wins and by how much?
