Worst showing in a state by a candidate who won at least one county

Not Presidential, but look at Lugar's libertarian challenger's results in this election.  He somehow won a county getting about 10% of the vote.

That was a clerical error on CNN's part.  Osborn's vote count in Warren county should have been 341, not 3,419.  It's likely that a data entry guy accidentally brushed the 9 key when going to hit enter and didn't bother to double-check Indiana results, thinking the state inconsequential.

According to Dave, it was actually Indiana, not CNN.  But it was an error.
