The winner is probably Coleman Andrews winning one county and 2% in Tennessee in 1956.

Andrews also carried one county in Virginia the same year, while polling only 6 percent of the statewide vote. Honorable mention goes to Herbert Hoover, who carried two Georgia counties in 1932 with 8 percent of the vote.
