Surely the robust issuance of executive orders in recent times, should have served as a model that could be put to more positive usages I would think. Especially with the whole breadth of domestic policy available.

Plus with the separation of the DoJ from the DoIA, we can then begin to pursue changes to the relationship between the DoJ and the President without depriving the President of full control over the bulk of domestic policy considerations.

I would also note that it is fully feasible for SoIA/SoS to be members of the Senate and such can even have its benefits as such will be discerned with Transit.

The interesting thing would have been if Ishan voted as Mt West earlier, Transit would replace that vote and then Ishan would have had to vote again.
