I think Dukakis would win, but by how much?

Narrowly. A stronger Republican than Dole has a good chance at beating Dukakis though.

President Michael Dukakis (D-MA) / Vice President Lloyd Bentsen (D-TX) ✓
Senator Bob Dole (R-KS) / Congressman Jack Kemp (R-NY)

Dukakis' administration faces an earlier Republican Revolution in 1990 that carries into the 1992 election cycle. He raises taxes to compensate the massive deficits of the Reagan era, but has a better grip on the Early 1990s recession. The Farm Crisis flips stay with Dukakis in spite of Dole's best efforts, with those states' economies recovering and memories of the Reagan administration's failures there touted at the debates.

This really forgot to include Perot here, which is odd considering he'd definitely run ITTL as well, in which case I see him as doing much better than OTL 1992.

I forgot about Perot. By the way, the 1992 Dukakis campaign trail scenario doesn't have perot because Pat Buchanan is the Republican nominee

I though Perot ran, at least in part, because he had a personal grind to axe with Bush 41.

It wasn't just that, otherwise he would've backed Clinton. He was genuinely hateful of the fact both parties would be endorsing Free Trade and NAFTA openly. Free Trade and the Economy were his main issues and both Dole and Dukakis would be proponents of both afaik and Perot is infinitely a better speaker than either man though all three can make really stupid gaffes. It really depends on the debates and if Perot listens to his advisors ITTL as this is the one election I think he has a real genuine chance of winning simply because he's a better speaker than the other two.
