I think if that were the matchup then the Democrats would be virtually certain to win the VA Gov's race for the third straight time.

If Warner runs the GOP will offer a sacrificial lamb. The Dems don't have a strong bench in VA... if not Warner than the GOP will have the edge. But it won't be with Allen, that's for sure.

i think it is going to be an open seat.....John Warner isnt going to want to run if we are the minority.  he is going to be 81 then.  I wouldnt write off Allen just yet for that race, but I would doubt he would want it.

the talk wasn't about JohN Warner.  It was about Mark Warner, and Mark Warner would ABSOLUTLEY DEMOLISH Allen.
