Suppose Beshear loses in 2023, and McConnell retires in 2026 with Matt Bevin running to succeed him, resulting in a Beshear vs Bevin rematch.

Who wins?

Bevin is sadly favored. As he would have been even in 2019 if it was a federal rather than state race, which Kentuckians have long sharply distinguished between.
