RIP Madeline Albright

How will 2004 play out if Albright was nominated instead of John Kerry and faced GWB in the general.

Being born in Prague, Albright wasn't eligible for the Presidency.

If she was however, I don't think she'd win the Democratic nomination. Clinton loyalists probably would have just preferred to nominate Hillary anyways.

If she was eligible and she did win the Democratic nomination, this is what I think the map would look like.

President George W. Bush (R-TX)/Vice President Dick Cheney (R-WY) 49%
Former Secretary of State Madeline Albright (D-DC)/Retired General Wesley Clark (D-IL) 48%

Albright and Kerry found out from journalists that they had Jewish parents or grandparents who converted to being Catholics. So kind of an interesting switch there.

Add WI to that map and I'd agree.
