Without the tape AND Comey still re launching the investigation, I agree he wins by a bigger margin, though I think he would only flip one of NV or NH as opposed to MN. Reagan couldn't even win MN, I just don't see it flipping for Trump.


If Comey doesn't re launch the investigation, then I think it's a narrow Clinton win, tape or not.

I don't see how this, Hillary's emails, or the absence of any other personal scandal changes the outcome significantly. Voters had their minds made up by the time Trump's polarizing candidacy got off the ground.

Trump may not have gone after Bill Clinton and his record in this scenario. Or at least not have the pretext to do so. And does Comey publically reopen the investigation here?
