This is fairly improbable, but in this timeline, Lincoln is able to fend off both Obama and Clinton in the Primaries with strength in the South. Everything else is the same.
You choose her VP.

How is Lincoln able to fend off either Obama or Clinton in the South? Black voters mostly supported Obama and any white voters who wanted a woman with ties to Arkansas would vote for Hillary.

That said, if somehow Lincoln got the nomination, she would win as just about any Democrat would that year. Her last name might be a small bonus too, running to be the second “President Lincoln.”
