     Based on the unanimous input of the justices who were able to respond, the Supreme Court has chosen to grant an emergency injunction, and to grant certiorai for this case. The deadline for the complainant's brief will be 11:59PM EDT, April 4th. The deadline for the respondent's brief will be 11:59PM EDT, April 6th. Please let us know without delay if an extension is required.

Let it be known that you are hereby enjoined from taking or continuing to take any further action related to Kansas, EO 55-02, EO 55-03, and any future such EOs of the same or similar nature. Failure to abide by this injunction shall constitute criminal contempt of court in violation of the Constitution of Atlasia.

As stated elsewhere at no time has the Governor of the South declared a state of emergency in Kansas or authorized the calling up or deployment of the Southern National Guard.

Habeas Corpus is hereby suspended, effective immediately.

The suspension of habeas corpus is a power vested by the Constitution in the Senate. The President lacks the Constitutional power to unilaterally suspend habeas corpus. Your EO is unconstitutional, unlawful, and legally null, void, and without force.
