Most of the bills were written by a Revolutionary Communist, a Labor delegate voted in favor of most of the bills, and the deputy speaker is a member of a smaller third party. One of the Federalist delegates needed to be replaced due to missing every vote. One could argue that the Federalist Party has the least amount of power in the Southern Chamber.
