Lunar by far.  No one else is anywhere close.  (OK, maybe Alcon would be sort of close.  Though Alcon’s greatest wisdom was apparent in the mod board, which I don’t have access to anymore since I’m no longer a mod.)

Lunar’s average post quality was quite high, and he was very funny.  I can think of at least two posts that he made that rate amongst my favorites in forum history:

King also deserved a mention and even though he was banned, tweed. Tweed really could probably petition for a return, it's been a very long time since his offense and he's obviously not going to do it again.

Tweed  Has made it clear on AAD that he would never return to Atlas even if given the opportunity.

Personally, I always thought Koharu’s contributions were nice. Just a self-assured Wisconsinite librarian. Was one of the posters who I shared threads with during lockdown, when I had little better to do than browse the COVID megathread, and became a lot more active on the forum.

Assuming she was who she said she was, she also brought some demographic balance, and a slightly different perspective. Scott once memorably described her as the “Only Horsewoman of the Apocalypse Atlas Christian Left”, which summed her up nicely.

Bull Moose Base is another one I miss who had a vaguely Lunar-like sense of humor, though he was far less prolific.  He had good insights on presidential primary politics too.
