Guesses:

Alaska: Strongly Republican during the third party system, although possibly voting for Weaver in '92. Moves sharply to the right following the gold rush but ultimately votes for the winner in every election leading up to statehood with the possible exception of 1912.

Hawaii: A Democratic stronghold due to it its history of anti-imperialism, support of immigration and free trade, as well as the strong possibility that it would have been opposed to The Civil War due to its isolated location. The best chance of a GOP win would've been in 1920, although it would've been close either way. The next GOP win would be in 1944 due to Roosevelt's foreign policy and it would remain in the GOP column until Eisenhower's re-election.

I would think that Hawaii would be staunchly Republican since at least the third party system due to the strong New England missionary and merchant presence. Alaska is more debatable, but surely they would take well to Jefferson, Jackson, and William Jennings Bryan like other Western frontier states.
