Perhaps for the same reason as Rasmussen (D+1) and POS (R+1)?  Setting aside the two questionable polls (one an Democratic internal) from the five reputable polls of the seven released in the past week gives the race as being somplace between D+3 and R+1.  This is a close race that is a tossup to lean for the Democrats.

Umm......not quite. The average of the last five polls on this race has Cardin with a 7-point lead:

D+3 is the lowest Cardin's lead could possibly be right now, not the highest.

What does the Maryland Senate race polls have to with how the Maryland gubernatorial race is going?  You need to double check not only the board but the title of this thread.
