I’m confused.  Are France and Austria at full mobilization?  What does “France is mobilized everywhere” even mean?  Generally, you have to pick a place for your troops to be located.

I think I have taken Brazil about as far as I can and it will always have a warm, special place in my heart.  However, you guys know how I feel about staying as the same country for too long and it was time for a change.  Brazil is great fun, but it also has certain limitations that I have faced in pretty much every game in the series (namely its military is dwarfed by the European powers).  Prussia will mean different opportunities and challenges.  If any negotiations were secret deals or negotiations were underway involving NPC Prussia, please loop me in so I know the current state of play.

We intend to liberate Egypt and reopen the suez canal, potentially in coordination with Austria.
Any other powers fighting the ottomans in that region will be attacked by the Kingdom of France.

I’m confused, I thought Spamage doesn’t allow player vs. player moves during the midturn.  Wouldn’t this violent that?

I wouldn't think that at this point this would constitute a "player vs player" move for reasons you should be fairly extensively aware of.
