I am not a Dodgers fan but Muncy and Barnes should be traded at the trade DEADLINE

The Dodgers beat the Braves keeping the Mets at a 5 game lead 😃. The Mets are 22-12 since Scherzer went down, and in that time when the Braves had their easiest stretch and the Mets their most treacherous schedule wise and without 2 top 5 starters in modern civilization, they managed to shave off 2 games as the Mets maintain a respectable 5 game lead in the division.

It's truly remarkable what the Mets have been able to do here. They held the line exceedingly well. Not only record wise, but to survive a 14 game winning streak and only give back 2 games on the Braves is just incredible. 😎

The Braves are certainly not a champion like last yr it's no big deal Dodgers beat them anyways the Dodgers are gonna make the Playoffs but without Betts at full strength can they get past the Mets, we know they beat them in a series but in a 7 game series we don't know

If they beat the Mets the Astros and Yankees await them in the World Series, and they already lost to Astros before

The Braves beat the Phillies again and close to within three games of the Mets.  The Braves have shaved an amazing 7.5 games off the lead this month.

The Phillies' defense continues to amaze. 

With the bases loaded and one out, Orlando Arcia hit an easy ground ball to second, a sure double play.  Bryson Stott scooped it up and flipped the ball to Didi Gregorius -- who stepped on second and then started running for the dugout.  He forgot how many outs there were, resulting in a gift run for the Braves.

So Astros beat the Yankees and Mets got .5 a game back on the Braves so not a bad night lol
