Mostly for American hockey players. But if you know how Canadian hockey players vote as you can include that.

Not sure, but it seems like there are a number of pretty notable right-wing NHL players. Tim Thomas refused to go to the White House under Obama, Jeremy Roenick was a Tea Party guy, and Tony DeAngelo is a QAnon guy pretty sure. I know they're probably not representative, but not many others speak out about politics tbh.
