Why do people have such a hard-on for Hillary Clinton?

Because they think opposition to her is an anti-feminist response by men that they perceive to be threatened by an intelligent, confident, and outspoke woman.  And it may be the case that some losers that lack the self-respect and self-assurance to be second to a woman with more talents, achievements and developed personality. Hillary Clinton is hated cause people can see right through her facade.  While she may be intelligent, she has a terrible and immoral character that seeps through her speech and body language.  She is unable to disguise it just as Elizabeth Warren was unable to hide her lack of self-esteem to cover for her quirky, nerd-like personality.  Clinton is an individual unable to hide her hatred of people, whereas her husband covered his corrupt acts and sexual adventures with subordinates and sex slaves by effectively presenting a charismatic personality that convinced many of his love for his fellow man.  Its trait of a real sociopath.

In sum, people like Hillary Clinton despite the horrible things she has done and ignored to acquire favors in her pursuit of political power and legacy, because they are materially or personally invested in her success as the first female president, or some that can return a favor one in power.  Therefore, they will continue to support her despite her money laundering charity and rubber-stamp on Bill's sexually criminal behaviour in which she was passively or actively involved.

This is all real misogynistic... wow. You really just proved how scared some men are of powerful women.

I didn't prove your point.  You proved my point by hurling another sexist attack against me in a generalized fashion, and your post was misogynistic.  The modern definition of Misogynists includes people of both sexes that hold prejudicial attitudes against the other, or same, sex due to baseless stereotypes.  I didn't make a baseless stereotype.  My opinions on Hillary and Warren are based on objective observations of their actions and statements.  In the case of the former, I said she was intelligent (subjective), and she is immoral and corrupt (objective).  I can't understand ignorance of people who believe that this woman is somehow moral or un-corrupted despite taking foreign dollars to finance her presidential run through a charity in order to avoid campaign finance laws on a technicality that it only counts after 'announcing a Presidential run', in addition to staying silent on the biggest pedophilia and sex-trafficking case involving Epstein and her husband.  Yes.  Bill is involved, and she was involved.  Why would anyone support a candidate that was a friend, and frequent guest, of a child sex trafficker, and stay married to a husband that has sex with powerless women, and underage girls?

No.  Don't run Hillary.  It's not cause men and women are misogynistic against a female candidates.  It's due to the fact that the whole bases for people wanting her to run is due to their misogynistic views of all registered men and women in the US that didn't vote for her based on their very real, and now substantiated, opinions of her personality and actions.  She is a terrible human being that only a sexist/misogynist/bigot would support out of some delusion that misogyny played a role in her defeat, so "let's make it right".  It's F-ing idiot.

And then on election night, when she's getting trucked over by Trump in Ohio by 20 points, D-Tards will start whining about how it was misogyny.  That will be the only platform throughout the election.  Same exact political attacks were made on Bernie Sanders and his Campaign.  It might have been a good tactic at one point, but it didn't work in 2016 or the 2020 Democrat Primaries.  In the end, Old White Guy won the Race, because Clinton D-Tards can't accept their flaws in strategy, rhetoric, and candidate selection.  Even if Ds had a good female candidate with a Tulsi demeanor, they probably wouldn't vote for her candidacy cause she isn't constantly yelling, "Look at me.  I'm a women.  See? Don't you think it's time for a woman like me to start running things. Who is with me?"
