Following the rousing upswell of support for the Declaration of the Rights of Womxn and Citizen, it has become painfully clear that the People of the Southern hinterlands must join in force and together chart a new course toward peace, democracy, and prosperity. In order to do so, the constituents of the Southern hinterlands shall assemble in Warm Springs, Georgia, located squarely central in our great nation, and draft and enact a full constitution and declaration of perpetual independence.

In the Declaration, we have enacted a framework for our future constitution and government. Together, we shall expand on it, forming a government that shall guarantee peace, democracy, and prosperity for eternity.

DECLARATION OF THE RIGHTS OF WOMXN AND CITIZEN:

Wherefore, in the YEAR OF OUR LADY 2022, the Southern hinterlands are besieged by the forces of TYRANNY, we take it to be a FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT to rebel against the THUNDER OF LOUISVILLE, a most heinous villain, and his bolted tool the SPARK, and to install PEACE, DEMOCRACY, PROSPERITY, and KANTIANISM in his vile stead. We enact the following declaration:

1. That DONERAIL, most fair and wise of the land, is dutifully recognized as the choice of the PEOPLE for the position of GOUVERNEUR, and that he is recognized as the sole authority of the Southern hinterlands, at present, and for all the past, and the future.
2. That all false and wretched laws enacted by the THUNDER OF LOUISVILLE, before today, or since, be considered as null and void.
3. That all of the THUNDER OF LOUISVILLE's past and present policies, alliances, and decisions, be recognized as false, cruel, and unjust.
4. That the people of the Southern hinterlands be permitted to determine their own future, and that a KANTIAN system of government be established in all of the Southern hinterlands.
5. That all of the people be recognized as being equal, with the following exceptions:
  a. All of the people be recognized as being equal to the DONERAIL for the position of GOUVERNEUR;
  b. All of the people be recognized as being equally qualified to administer the KANTIAN system, except the THUNDER OF LOUISVILLE.
6. That there be an end to the THUNDER OF LOUISVILLE's policy of war against the ordinary man.
7. That all of the people be acknowledged as free and sovereign.
8. That the government of the Southern hinterlands be administered as the PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC.
9. That the DONERAIL be proclaimed, for the rest of his term, to be the ONLY GUARANTOR OF PEACE.
10. That the people of the Southern hinterlands be given the RIGHT TO ASK QUESTIONS of the government, and that they be given FREEDOM OF THOUGHT.
11. That the people of the Southern hinterlands be given UNLIMITED RIGHT to CHOOSE who may govern them, and that they be given the RIGHT TO EXPRESS their opinions.
12. That all of the people be allowed to leave the Southern hinterlands at WILL and WHENEVER THEY PLEASE.
13. That the THUNDER OF LOUISVILLE is GUILTY OF TREASON and HIGH CRIMES, and is to be PUNISHED accordingly.
14. That the people of the Southern hinterlands are to be EQUAL before the law.
15. That the KANTIAN system of government be adopted by the Southern hinterlands without question.
16. That the PRESIDENTE's office shalt be abolished.
17. That the People shall determine their own fate, and that of all other people, in the SOUTHERN HYTENAL ORTHODOX REPUBLIC.

The Southern hinterlands are hereby CERTAINLY and ABSOLUTELY DECLARED to be a separate nation in its entirety.
