Let's see:

-That summer one in Bismarck (Bismarck, ND 2003).
-Init Fest (Renner, SD 2004)
-Dude Fest (Indianapolis, IN 2007)
-Dude Fest (Indianapolis, IN 2009)
-D4 Fest (Though I didn't really think of this one as a "fest" per se because it was local and was really just a series of shows in a row to me...but it was marketed as such and had passes sold.) (Minneapolis, MN 2013)
-Furnace Fest (Birmingham, AL 2021)
-Counter Intuitive Records Holiday Fest (Boston, MA 2021)

So 7. Weird, feels like it should be more.

Only the Reading Festival. (the only one worth going to anyway)

Still just a single Alabama concert. So, zero.

Are you thinking about going to the When We Were Young Festival in Vegas this year, or are there too many bands on that list you don't like?

Honesty if they had a "good bands stage" of the three it would be pretty awesome since I do like about a third of the bands on the list, so I bet if I did go I could end up having a great time.

The reasons I don't plan on going:

-$220 + fees is way too much for a single day fest.
-The fact that it's only a single day means it'll be a logistical disaster.
-Furnace Fest 2022 will be like less than a month earlier and the lineup is anything like last year's it'll be much better.

Also I found overlap with Furnace Fest amusing and I actually count five bands that played both (Taking Back Sunday, Thursday, Mayday Parade, Knocked Loose and Glassjaw), six if you count Dashboard Confessional as a crossover with Further Seems Forever.

Edit: Actually also Anberlin, so 6/7.

I've been to Northwest Folklife a couple of times, and I think I went to Bumbershoot a couple of times when I was little and it wasn't ridiculously expensive, so maybe 5, give or take? Seattle has lots of music fest-like events that I don't know if they meet your standard for music fests, so maybe some more depending on where you draw the line.

I went to a bluegrass festival a few times when I was younger (like ages 6-9 or so), but I don’t remember much about it.
