I have never even seen one for the 2012 election ... there was one floating around for 2008 even.

Precinct changes in some parts of the country would likely make this very hard to make, unfortunately.

I assume the OP means 2010-2020 population growth for current precincts - that data is currently available in DRA. I tried doing something like that with the growth of Illinois precincts a long time ago (where I used DRA's color palette to note increases and decreases by different intervals) but was too lazy to finish that project after doing most of Chicago.

I would be interested in doing something like this again, though, or seeing someone else make a national map with that data.

If I understand the question, I'm working on something, but so far only have Texas complete:

Click Menu-->Chg PCT/NUM--> Precinct

It will be a while before I crunch the numbers for the other states.
