If this city existed, would you live in it??? Let’s say it is in the Northeast or the upper Midwest in a purple to light blue state that votes like Michigan does. It’s got all the Batman characters being real. Let’s also imagine it being a bit like Detroit in cost of living but even lower given the fact the Joker exists.

Isn't Gotham supposed to be based off of New York? But based off of your description, it would depend on if my work and livelihood really depended on living there.
